| Cea and Elvia are two Mondial Assistance Italia Spa brand names, each of which specialises in one segment of the tourism sector to offer products in line with the specific requirements of the tourism operators. Cea is the tour operator specialist and Elvia specialises in travel agencies. Cea and Elvia are backed up by Mondial Assistance, which offers insurance and banking service assistance and to the companies and airlines and the motor sector, in which it is world leader. |

| Any changes to the prices of our products, as always, will be due to careful market assessments and will be in line with the products offered, and will not be connected to the launch of this new structure. |
